FluentStream Wins 2023 Internet Telephony Friend of the Channel Award
Cloud communications provider recognized for exemplary channel program and outstanding partner supportDENVER ― Aug. 24, 2023 ― FluentStream, the preferred cloud communications provider by small and midsize organizations, has won the 2023 Internet Telephony Friend of the Channel Award. Winners were selected for their world-class channel programs and ongoing support to ensure partner success. Last year, FluentStream expanded its partnerships by 235% and continues to pursue its aggressive growth trajectory by investing in resources while maintaining its customer-centricity, best-in-class services and award-winning support.
FluentStream provides award-winning unified communications services and 24/7, US-based support to ensure customers have access to the help they need when they need it. FluentStream offers multiple ways for managed service providers (MSPs), value-added resellers (VARs) and IT service providers (ITSPs) to gain a competitive edge by adding FluentStream’s cloud-based communications services to their product portfolio. Partners can choose from Affiliate, Channel or Strategic levels based on what structure best aligns with their organization.
According to Guy Jazynka, co-founder and COO of GPhone, a FluentStream partner, “What makes FluentStream different is its people. We elected an exclusive partnership with FluentStream because it makes it easier for us to manage fewer people and only one partnership. FluentStream has strong employee retention, so we’ve been able to build lasting relationships with many of the employees. It feels like an extension of our own team.”
Helping to amplify FluentStream’s partner engagement efforts is Marissa Barcza, Vice President of Channel & Customer Success, who joined the team earlier this year and is responsible for driving the strategy development and execution for a variety of partner programs and operations.
“FluentStream is grateful to be recognized for our ongoing efforts to deliver value as we increase our support for partners’ success,” said Barcza. “We will continue to collaborate with our partners to align our resources with their needs and identify innovative ways we can further bolster their business goals.”
One of FluentStream’s novel approaches is its industry-first commission Buyout Incentive Program that gives partners the opportunity for a one-time commission buyout when they reach a commission threshold. FluentStream designed this program to give partners a lucrative incentive option that allows them to receive a cash influx for the business they have built.
Additionally, earlier this year, FluentStream launched its enhanced Partner Portal, powered by Salesforce Community Cloud, to give partners self-sufficiency at each step of the customer journey, such as by registering deals and creating quotes, monitoring onboarding progress, and gaining access to their customers’ account details. Partners can gain visibility into their customers’ onboarding journey via direct access to their implementation project manager for progress updates, account-specific requirements, and other inquiries. FluentStream also introduced its advanced billing platform, powered by Rev.io.
