DENVER ― Oct. 22, 2024FluentStream, the cloud communications provider for small and midsize organizations, has won two awards that recognize its innovative approach to channel partnerships: the 2024 ChannelVision Visionary Spotlight Award and TMC Friend of the Channel. Winners were determined based on overall innovation, industry impact, creativity, feature set differentiation, ease of use and interoperability.

Last year, FluentStream achieved double-digit, year-over-year revenue growth and over 20% growth in partnerships – demonstrating its commitment to empowering partners with effective resources to drive their success. FluentStream actively seeks feedback from partners to inform its business decisions. For instance, partners provided valuable insight into the demand in the market for access to business phone systems within existing Microsoft Teams workflows. In response, FluentStream developed its integration with Microsoft Teams, enabling customers to increase efficiency and productivity while optimizing costs by consolidating communication tools onto a single platform.

In addition to aligning its product roadmap with partner insights, FluentStream delivered on partners’ desire for unparalleled visibility of their customers’ experience. FluentStream’s Partner Portal allows partners to be self-sufficient at each step of the customer journey. Partners can manage the entire sales cycle from the FluentStream portal: register leads, create and edit quotes, and send customers contracts for electronic signature. The portal also includes collateral to help partners speak to the 100+ features offered by FluentStream.

Partners also have full visibility of onboarding progress, including direct access to the implementation project manager. And, after new clients are onboarded, partners can monitor support cases and gain valuable insights to track customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience. This level of transparency distinguishes FluentStream’s partner program and gives partners the tools they need to achieve greater success.

“We deeply value our partners and continually challenge ourselves to find new and innovative ways to enhance their success,” said Cass Gilmore, CEO of FluentStream. “We have made significant investments in partner resources while upholding our commitment to customer-centricity, best-in-class services, and award-winning support. Being recognized by ChannelVision and TMC for our dedication to our partners is truly appreciated.”
