Partner FAQs
FluentStream will pay your commissions for voice services and will honor all contracts managed by Allied. Allied will continue to pay any commissions related to internet services.
Contact the FluentStream Channel Sales team today (channel@fluentstream.com) to sign a FluentStream contract and officially become a FluentStream partner. FluentStream will require your business name, address, and W-9 in order to be set up as a partner. Once your partner contract is signed, your business will be registered for FluentStream to pay your monthly commission via bill.com.
FluentStream pays commissions by the 20th of each month.
Commission statements are posted in the FluentStream partner portal for self-service retrieval.
We appreciate and recognize the trust that you’ve built with your customers and with Allied over the years and assure you that FluentSteam’s products, processes and operations match the expectations you’ve come to expect. FluentStream’s product suite meets, and often exceeds, the offerings previously provided to you from Allied and we are confident that we will be able to meet your customers’ voice requirements. The Allied voice platform will no longer be supported and is sunsetting, but we will transition your customers’ phone systems to FluentStream’s platform with precision and care as provided by our dedicated project management team. We recognize the preference for a unified billing experience for customer simplicity and convenience. However, due to the structure of the partnership, billing for internet and phones will separate. Customers will receive a new monthly invoice from FluentStream for voice services as well as an invoice from Allied for internet services. Please advise your customers that their Allied bill for internet services will decrease as a result.

After you sign a FluentStream partner contract, the FluentStream channel team will provide sales training on our products, sales process, and tooling available. FluentStream partner portal is a self-service tool that provides all you and your sales teams will need to setup leads, create quotes, and monitor your customer’s FluentStream journey, including access to onboarding status, Support ticket management, and At Risk situations.
