As we settle into the new year, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate all FluentStream accomplished in 2024. Our consistent commitment to excellence was recognized when Inc. 5000 acknowledged FluentStream for the seventh consecutive year as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America. This milestone highlights the company’s dedication to delivering outstanding services and creating exceptional customer experiences through continuous innovation and strategic development.

FluentStream’s success in 2024 was marked by significant achievements, including nearly 33% growth in new customers and double-digit growth in channel partners. A key driver of this success was FluentStream’s strategic product innovations, particularly our integration with Microsoft Teams and expansion of CRM system integrations.

Product Innovation

The Microsoft Teams integration enabled customers to access FluentStream’s business phone system directly within their existing Teams environment, providing enhanced efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization. By consolidating communication tools onto a single platform, the company facilitated seamless communication across departments and with customers. We also expanded our CRM integrations to over 100 systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho, to streamline call tracking and improve overall customer service productivity.

Strategic Partnerships

Strategic partnerships also played a crucial role in FluentStream’s growth. We strengthened our market presence by signing partnerships with Allied Telecom and sipVine, expanding our reach in the mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions. These collaborations allowed voice customers to transition to FluentStream’s advanced Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform, gaining access to over 100 communication features that support various work environments.

In explaining why this strategic partnership is in his customers’ best interest, Robert Conner, CEO of sipVine, said, “FluentStream offers an impressive array of business voice services that allow small and midsize organizations to scale as needed and accommodate a variety of needs for mobile professionals, work-from-home employees, and those who work on-site. By transitioning to FluentStream’s UCaaS platform, customers will have access to progressive capabilities, flexibility and control, along with a highly responsive customer service team to support their success.”

Industry Recognition

FluentStream’s exceptional customer service, company culture, product innovation, and channel program excellence all contributed to the company’s growth in 2024, and the industry took notice. In addition to making the Inc. 5000 list for the seventh time, FluentStream won seven additional awards:

  • Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year
  • Internet Telephony Product of the Year Award
  • Unified Communications Product of the Year Award
  • Stevie® Award for Great Employers
  • ChannelVision Visionary Spotlight Award
  • TMC Friend of the Channel

2025 Outlook

Looking ahead to 2025, FluentStream remains committed to growth and innovation. We plan to continue expanding our UCaaS capabilities, aligning our product development with customer needs and industry trends while supporting our channel partners. By continuing to evolve and advance our UCaaS technology and customer support offerings, we will achieve our mission to help small and medium-sized organizations optimize their work environments and drive business growth.
