Since joining the company in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, Kerrin has played a pivotal role in FluentStream’s growth, bringing decades of expertise in communications technology and leadership in unified communications. Under her guidance, FluentStream is poised for an exciting future, bolstered by advancements in our UCaaS product suite.

Meet Our New CEO, Kerrin Parker

Q: Can you tell us about your journey to becoming FluentStream’s CEO?

A: My journey to this role has been driven by a deep passion for fostering growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading transformative initiatives—from launching magicJack for Business to serve SMBs, to enhancing profitability and acquisition strategies at Broadsmart, to spearheading the transition to cloud communications at ShoreTel and M5 Networks. Since joining FluentStream, I’ve been inspired by our talented team’s dedication to refining our offerings and prioritizing customer success. I’m thrilled to step into this role and continue building on the momentum we’ve created together.

Q: What excites you most about FluentStream’s future?

A: FluentStream’s future is incredibly bright, especially given our plans to roll out new features that enhance both our UCaaS and CCaaS contact center solutions. A big emphasis of those new features is Enhanced Analytics and Insights to empower businesses with better visibility into customer interactions, helping them identify trends and optimize communication strategies.

Q: How would you describe your leadership style?

A: My leadership philosophy centers on fostering accountability and a shared sense of purpose. I’m a firm believer in setting clear, ambitious goals and encouraging a collaborative, adaptable mindset to achieve them. I like to think of it as an “athlete mentality”—focus on the fundamentals, work hard, and celebrate team wins. By fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration, I aim to continue fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best work.

Q: What is your vision for FluentStream’s relationship with its customers?

A: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. My vision is to ensure every customer feels like a valued partner. Whether through our enhanced tools, 24/7 support, or personalized onboarding, we are dedicated to helping our customers succeed and grow. We don’t just want to meet their current needs; we strive to anticipate and innovate for their future.

Q: On a personal note, what do you enjoy doing outside of work?

A: Outside of work, I love spending time with my two teenage daughters, traveling, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories. I enjoy learning and trying to anticipate the rapidly evolving future technology landscape. I’ve always enjoyed challenging myself. Growing up in Plymouth, MA, I’ve also been a lifelong fan of the Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins, and Celtics!
