Giving Thanks for a Successful 2024

As Thanksgiving approaches, FluentStream is taking a moment to reflect on the invaluable contributions of our employees, customers, and partners. This time of gratitude is an opportunity to celebrate the relationships that have propelled us forward and fostered a culture of collaboration and innovation. And we have much to be thankful for. 

This year, we were recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the seventh consecutive year. We also earned seven additional industry awards for our internal culture, UCaaS platform, customer service, and partner program. None of this is possible without the continued support of our amazing employees, customers, and partners.

Appreciating Our Customers

Much of FluentStream’s success is attributed to our loyal customer base. Today, over 90% of our customers rely on FluentStream’s self-service web portal and mobile app to enable work-from-anywhere features that allow employees to communicate seamlessly from any location or device. One great example of this is how Oakview Dermatology has connected its nine office locations, 120 staff members, and more than 100,000 patients with FluentStream’s UCaaS platform.

Mike Croft, director of nonclinical operations at Oakview, said, “FluentStream’s communication services have enabled Oakview to modernize how we operate. From interoffice communication to our call center capabilities and our patient experience, FluentStream’s services have helped us make more informed business decisions that enable us to operate more efficiently and better serve our patients.”

Valuing Our Partners

The partnerships we have cultivated are also crucial to our success. Our strategic partnerships with Allied Telecom Group and sipVine, for example, enabled us to expand our presence in the mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions.

We are thankful for the trust of our strategic partners in transitioning customers to our UCaas platform and allowing us to carry on the stellar services they have provided. 

We are also grateful to our channel partners who continue to educate small- and mid-sized organizations about the benefits of cloud communication services and FluentStream’s UCaaS offering. Working closely with our partners, we help our customers and prospects understand and embrace the flexibility and scalability our offering affords. Today, over 90% of our customers utilize our self-service web portal and mobile app that allow employees to work from anywhere using any device. In response to our efforts to support our channel partners, we won two awards this year: the ChannelVision Visionary Spotlight Award and the TMC Friend of the Channel Award.

FluentStream’s unparalleled customer service has achieved several industry accolades, such as the Business Intelligence Group’s Excellence in Customer Service and the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year in the 2024 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

Our employees are also dedicated to delivering the most reliable, scalable cloud communications services that meet the evolving needs of our customers. In response to customer needs this year, FluentStream developed an integration with Microsoft Team and rolled out 100+ CRM integrations – all to enable customers to build their communications platform in a way that best meets their needs. For our efforts, FluentStream received the 2024 Internet Telephony Product of the Year Award and the Unified Communications Product of the Year Award.
