We are excited to announce the release of a new FluentCloud feature: Lifestyle Call Attendant.

Lifestyle Call Attendant integrates with Foursquare + Swarm, letting you set conditions based on your location. Conditions can be turned on and off and are based on whatever parameters you chose. If you chose to set multiple conditions, they will be followed sequentially, based on the order you set in your My FluentCloud Web Portal. You can access this feature in your My FluentCloud Web Portal under the Call Management tab.

So what kind of conditions can you set?

You can add conditions based on a number of different criteria such as time of day, exact location or type of location, such as restaurants or bars, or by phone numbers in your Contacts. You can send callers to your Voicemail or make your own recording to have played when someone calls you during a preset condition. For example, you can set a condition that forwards all inbound calls to voicemail between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM. You can set a condition that plays a preset recording letting others know you are at dinner when you check-in to a restaurant on Foursquare. You can personalize recordings directly in the Lifestyle Call Attendant tab on your Web Portal. Conditions can be set specific to certain individuals in your Contacts, such as having calls forwarded to voicemail when someone from work calls after business hours. The options are near limitless and completely personalized to meet your specific business call needs.

On your My FluentCloud Web Portal, you can create, reset, and remove your conditions as little or often as you would like. To order your conditions, you can use our simple drag and drop functionality, ensuring easy management of your call preferences. When the first condition is not applicable, it reverts to the second condition and continues sequentially until all your conditions are met.
