New Updates for FluentStream Customers
We @ FluentStream are always looking to improve the way business VoIP phone systems work. In this light we’ve now updated our system to include new features and new updates to existing features as well. These features/updates are now live and will only be getting better.
New Features
- Time Machine – Simulate time conditions and test your system
- Feature Codes – Key Codes will enable/disable phone features which you can customize.
- Salesforce Integration – Integrate your webphone into salesforce within Google Chrome browser.
New Updates
- WebPhone 1.2.1 – FluentCloud WebPhone now updated and released on the Google Chrome WebStore
- Re-Record greetings in MFC – Re-Record your personalized greetings in My FluentCloud web portal.
- Disposition – This feature gives you the status of a call. Usefull for call reporting purposes
- FluentCloud Reports – Full Screen mode as well as being able to hide the left bar is now possible.
